Good Friday Sermon

The concluding part of my Good Friday sermon and this is all I wanted to say on the theme which was Dying With The Lord

….in conclusion Dearly Beloved, there were three people on the cross dying because of sin. One was dying for sin, that is, the Christ of God, God’s own acceptable Passover Lamb; One was dying filled fully with sin, that is the mocker who makes fun of salvation, and the third person was dying free from sin, that is the one who accepts the Christ of God……you cannot die for sin, is had be done already (Hebrews 10:10).

Listen, no matter how long you live, you will die. At the time of dying, there are only two options available are you. Either you die filled with sin or you die free from sin….you have the opportunity to choose today the one you want while you are alive before the unexpected day of death comes……May God give us grace to make a wise choice.
